What we collect
Only what you enter in a form: name, email, optional phone and organisation, the services you select and your message. The form also contains a hidden field used to filter automated spam.
Why and lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to take steps towards a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and with your consent given on the form.
How it is handled
Your message is sent by our web host’s mail system to our mailbox. The server keeps a short-lived, pseudonymous counter (a hashed form of your IP address) for up to fifteen minutes to limit abuse. We do not store messages in a database on the website.
Retention
Enquiry details are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, provide any agreed service and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics, advertising, social media or other optional cookies, and load no third-party fonts, scripts or images. The only item stored is your cookie-banner choice, held in your browser’s local storage under the key noles-consent. It is strictly necessary to remember your preference.
